Our Returns Policy: We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please read our policy carefully to ensure your return meets our policy. Items received that are damaged, soiled, or show signs of washing or wear, will be refused and sent back to you. Returns cannot be processed after 30 days. Embroidered Items
Personalized LAKE products cannot be returned for exchange or refund. Embroidery usually adds up to five extra days to shipping time.
Sale Items
Sale items can be exchanged for a different size, if available, or returned for store credit only. Final Sale Items: Items marked final sale are nonrefundable and cannot be returned nor exchanged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gift Items<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gift boxes and Gift Cards are nonrefundable and cannot be returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shipping Fees<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shipping fees are nonrefundable. For international orders, shipping fees, duties and taxes are nonrefundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exchanges<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please select the item you’re returning, and you’ll be prompted to select a new size. Print your return label and ship back your return order. As soon as your return is scanned by USPS, your exchange order will be placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The return shipping fee is $7.00 if returning for a refund and free if returning for store credit. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We process online returns in store. Visit your local LAKE store with the original receipt or packing slip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you used our prepaid return label, you will receive an email when we receive your return. Returns are typically processed within 14 business days of receipt, and you will receive an email when your refund or store credit has been issued. Please note, refunds may take up to five business days to reflect on your account due to varying processing times by payment providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
